RETURNS
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 3 days of receipt by writing to contact@danklydelivery.com. You will need to provide detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping within that time frame. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
At DANKLY, our only goal is to understand What makes our customers happy. So, instead of giving refunds, we would rather exchange your original purchase with one that you will be more satisfied with.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges will be done for a product of equal value within 3 days of receipt of original wrong/ damaged products. We will even cover the shipping/ delivery fee to replace your items.
